Christina Fahmy focuses her practice on private antitrust litigation, commercial trial work, and antitrust counseling. Ms. Fahmy has experience litigating complex civil matters, including private antitrust litigation, cases involving antitrust and intellectual property claims, and classic commercial trial work. She was part of the team that successfully represented First Data Corporation, owner of the Star ATM network, in a putative class action alleging that the setting of the network’s interchange fee is a per se violation of the Sherman Act. She also successfully represented Anheuser-Busch in a breach of contract litigation brought by a major supplier.

Ms. Fahmy also has experience representing companies in connection with government investigations, including compliance with voluntary information requests and Civil Investigative Demands. She has also counseled clients on consumer protection and antitrust and unfair competition issues.

Ms. Fahmy has been recognized as a 2013 and 2014 Washington, D.C. “Rising Star” in the area of Antitrust Litigation by Super Lawyers magazine.
