Jennifer Rasile Everitt focuses her practice on all aspects of labor and employment law. She defends employment discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour lawsuits, whether brought by individual employees or as class or collective actions. She also counsels employers across the country on compliance with federal and state employment laws, drafts executive and other employment agreements, severance agreements, and employee handbooks, and advises employers on union matters.
Ms. Everitt also has extensive experience representing corporate policyholders in insurance coverage matters. She has represented corporate policyholders in connection with civil actions and arbitrations involving a wide range of commercial insurance and reinsurance issues, including bodily injury liabilities, environmental liabilities, directors and officers and fiduciary liabilities, and catastrophic property losses.
