Justin England focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has broad litigation experience in both state and federal courts. Mr. England is a trial lawyer who routinely appears on both sides of the docket in a diverse array of civil litigation matters including, but not limited to, cases involving commercial and complex business litigation, real estate disputes, products liability, premises liability, personal injury, and employment litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. England was an associate at Crouch & Ramey, a litigation law firm based in Dallas, Texas, where his practice included commercial and complex business litigation, employment litigation, tort litigation, and consumer law.

While attending law school, Mr. England participated in the Southern Methodist University Civil Clinic as a student attorney. He also studied comparative law and the international sale of goods at University College in Oxford, England.

Mr. England was recognized as a Texas "Rising Star" in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 in the area of General Litigation by Super Lawyers magazine.
