Kevin is a Senior Project Manager with Kilpatrick Townsend’s LitSmart® E-Discovery Team. In this role, he provides guidance to case teams and clients on all phases of the EDRM in addition to project planning, budgeting, and technical issues regarding e-discovery. Kevin is a certified expert in Relativity, the industry-leading e-discovery platform used in-house by Kilpatrick Townsend, having achieved the level of Relativity Certified Administrator. Kevin routinely counsels the firm’s most technologically savvy clients in all aspects of e-discovery and works closely with in-house counsel and company IT teams to create efficient and scalable workflows that ensure e-discovery is conducted in an efficient and defensible manner. He has conducted dozens of onsite and remote data collections from both structured and unstructured data sources and is well-versed in metadata preservation. Kevin is also often engaged to consult on the employment of Early Case Assessment strategies, analytics, and predictive coding technology as a way to streamline document reviews. Further, Kevin is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the experience and expertise to manage cases from inception to closure.

Prior to joining Kilpatrick Townsend, Kevin was a Project Manager with an e-discovery vendor where he managed a large portfolio of e-discovery projects for Fortune 100 corporations and law firms throughout the United States. Previously, Kevin worked as an attorney with several national law firms where he assisted case teams with every step of the EDRM life cycle, managed large document review teams, with responsibilities including overseeing and QCing document review, assisted in deposition preparation, and prepared evidence summaries and modeling.

Kevin received his J.D. from Loyola University College of Law in 2007, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola Law and Technology Annual. In 1998, he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry from the University of Florida. During his undergraduate studies, Kevin was a Research Assistant focusing on endocrine disruption due to pollution in reproductive systems of Florida alligator and gar under the guidance of Dr. Louis Guillette.
