Victoria Doyle focuses her practice on trademark matters. She handles all aspects of trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement, including providing opinions on trademark availability, prosecuting trademark applications, evaluating possible trademark infringements, and sending cease and desist letters to infringers. Ms. Doyle also litigates trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Additionally, she counsels clients on trade name adoption and enforcement, domain name matters, and copyright matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Doyle was an intellectual property and technology associate in the New York City office of an international law firm where she practiced all aspects of trademark law. Previously, Ms. Doyle worked as a trademark associate in the New York City office of a national IP boutique where her practice included prosecution, enforcement, and litigation. Ms. Doyle also served as a law clerk to Magistrate Judge Barbara A. Lee in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

While attending law school, Ms. Doyle was a member of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.

Ms. Doyle has a working knowledge of French and Spanish.
