Meena Dev-Sidhu focuses her practice on loan workouts, restructurings, originations and assumptions, with an emphasis on CMBS loans, A-B notes, intercreditor and co-lender agreements. She represents major banks, special servicers and master servicers in large scale commercial real estate finance transactions, and also advises as local counsel in matters involving real property in Georgia.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Dev-Sidhu represented a number of health care clients in the acquisition, disposition and financing of skilled nursing, assisted living and independent living facilities throughout the U.S.. Ms. Dev-Sidhu began her career as a solicitor in a large firm in London, and assisted a range of clients, including pension funds, financial institutions and private institutional investors in the acquisition and disposition of large, complex, investment portfolios. She also handled a number of secured lending transactions and managed several real property portfolios on behalf of her clients.
