Victor Cangelosi represents financial services institutions and their holding companies in a wide array of transactional matters, including public and private securities offerings, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, particularly mutual-to-stock conversions and mutual holding company reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions, including "going private" transactions.

As an extension of his transactional practice, he also advises clients regarding Securities and Exchange Commission and bank regulatory reporting and compliance matters, corporate governance matters and stockholder relations issues.
