Rick Boisseau focuses his practice on traditional labor relations matters under the National Labor Relations Act. He is experienced in the entire spectrum of employment relations law.

Mr. Boisseau has spoken at numerous seminars for lawyers and laymen on labor relations issues. In addition, he has written numerous articles on employment-related topics, and is a contributing author to How Arbitration Works, Elkouri & Elkouri, the most widely used manual on labor arbitration.

Mr. Boisseau was recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® for Labor and Employment Law in 2017 and the 16 years immediately preceding.
