Amanda Baker is a registered patent attorney who focuses her practice on the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications in the electrical engineering and display device fields and semiconductor industry. She advises clients on strategies and best practices for filing FDA applications in light of U.S. patent laws. Ms. Baker has experience in appeals and oral hearings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Baker worked as associate in the Washington office of an international law firm where she worked with clients to develop patent portfolios and provided opinions on patentability, right to use and freedom to operate.
