Blaine Adams focuses his practice on bankruptcy and insolvency matters including the representation of debtors, official committees, and creditors in all aspects of Chapter 11 reorganization cases and out of court restructurings.

Prior to joining the firm, Blaine worked as an associate in the New York City office of an international law firm in its financial restructuring group where he worked on debtor and creditor representations in bankruptcy cases, equity sponsor representations, financial restructuring, and international and cross-border insolvency matters.

While attending law school, Blaine served as line editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology. As a research assistant to Professor Scott Brewer, Blaine researched and wrote articles relating to evidence law and civil procedure and he was awarded a Dean’s Scholar Prize in Evidence.

Before launching his legal career, Blaine was Director of Public Relations at Builder Helper LLC, a web-based construction management company, where he managed and controlled $300,000 annual revenue from sponsors and coordinated campaigns with home builder associations and 15,000 contractors.
