Rabih Tabbara is an international construction and real estate lawyer who focuses his practice on all forms of dispute resolution with a particular focus on construction disputes. Mr. Tabbara also has significant experience throughout the Middle East advising major developers, consultants and contractors in the negotiation and drafting of construction contracts including contracts based on FIDIC forms. In July 2011, Mr. Tabbara was interviewed on CNBC Arabia regarding UAE property market disputes as well as other DIAC arbitration matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tabbara practiced with a leading regional firm in Beirut and a U.K. firm in Dubai. Mr. Tabbara is proficient in the Arabic, English and French languages.
