Nils Sköld concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, tax law, and venture capital.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sköld was an associate at LinklatersLagerlof in Stockholm where he was a member of the tax practice group locally, and in the international practice group dealing primarily with cross-boarder issues related to the EU and double taxation treaties.  Prior to working as an advisor, he has served in the Swedish court system and received a judgeship within the Administrative Court of Appeals in Stockholm.  Mr. Sköld is fluent in English and Swedish and is conversational in German.
