Aaron Ross concentrates his practice on complex business litigation, with a particular emphasis on breach of contract, business tort, and class action cases. Mr. Ross has participated in litigation matters involving, among other things, misappropriation of trade secrets, consumer fraud, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and issues pertaining to software licensing and implementation. In addition, Mr. Ross has significant experience in appellate matters, at the administrative, state, and federal levels.
Mr. Ross also is involved heavily in the Firm's pro bono program. His substantive pro bono experience includes litigating constitutional claims on behalf of inmates at the trial and appellate levels and representing victims of domestic servitude.
