Robert Potter focuses his practice on trademark and copyright litigation and counseling. Mr. Potter counsels and advises clients on intellectual property matters across a wide range of industries, including entertainment, fashion, consumer products and technology.

During law school, Mr. Potter was Comments Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and a finalist in the Keedy Cup Moot Court Competition. He served as judicial intern to the Honorable Norma L. Shapiro, United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania in the summer of 2003.

Mr. Potter was selected as a New York "Rising Star" by SuperLawyers magazine in 2011.
