Steve Moore focuses his practice on patent infringement litigation. He has represented both patent owners and companies accused of infringement in cases involving a variety of industries, including wireless communications devices and systems, cable television, computer software, Internet systems, electrical and mechanical systems, medical products, textiles, chemical and metallurgical products, and pulp and paper. Mr. Moore also argued and examined witnesses in numerous Markman hearings after which courts issued favorable claim construction rulings for his clients.

Mr. Moore was recognized as a Georgia "Rising Star" in Intellectual Property Litigation and Business Litigation in 2009 and in Intellectual Property Litigation in 2010 and 2011 by SuperLawyers magazine.
