Joakim Johansson focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, real estate, real estate finance and general corporate law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Johansson was an assistant judge for the County Administrative Court in Jönköping and also practiced with another Swedish law firm. He is fluent in both Swedish and English.
