Olle Jansson is recognized as one of the leading commercial labor and employment lawyers with longstanding and in-depth experience in the corporate commercial and transaction field. Olle Jansson has represented businesses from all industries. His work for domestic and international corporate clients focuses on business transfers, reorganizations, staff reductions, union relations, protection of trade secrets and key managers’ contracts. His practice includes contentious and arbitrary matters including appointments as arbitrator. Cross-border matters including multi-jurisdictional transactions and reorganizations are other areas of Mr Jansson’s labor, corporate and commercial practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jansson was a partner at Advokatfirman Cederquist KB from 1984-2009. He has also worked with the Anti-Trust Commissioner and the Labor Court. Mr. Jansson is a certified mediator of the Mediation Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. His arbitration and ADR practice experience includes service as: chairman in an ad hoc arbitration regarding interpretation of commission agreement between Swedish auctioneer and client; arbitrator regarding lawyer's fees and top executives breach of fiduciary duties; permanent board regarding labor law in the painting trade; counsel in several arbitrations, including matters concerning contract work disputes, patent-licensing agreements, labor law and commercial contract disputes, as well as, several arbitrations in contractual matters regarding disputes on share purchase agreements, M&A, supply agreements and pension matters.
