Although construction disputes are best handled when working directly with key project personnel to avoid litigation, sometimes disputes need to be handled in the court room.

Our Construction Litigation team represent owners, developers, design professionals, general contractors and specialty subcontractors in a variety of construction disputes in both litigation and arbitration.

We defend and prosecute claims for acceleration and other delay damages, for professional negligence arising out of defective plans and specifications, and for recovery under payment and performance bonds. We defend wrongful death and personal injury claims arising out of construction site accidents and, with the assistance of attorneys in the Labor and Employment team, we respond to related OSHA investigations.
