Ross Berger focuses his practice on outsourcing agreements, technology licensing, and contracts and commercial agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Ross was an associate in the Atlanta, Georgia office of a national law firm where he practiced in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital.
While attending law school, Ross was Research Editor of the Florida Law Review, obtained five book awards in various business law related subjects, and received the DT Smith Outstanding Associate Editor Award.
