WASHINGTON, DC (May 11) -- Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that partner Mark Stember was appointed to the Bloomberg BNA Compensation Planning Advisory Board.

Bloomberg BNA has brought together thought leaders to help inform the publication’s direction in development of in-depth analysis and practice aids that help tax practitioners navigate times of change. Board members, all renowned experts in their fields, will provide Bloomberg BNA with insight into key industry trends affecting practitioners and guidance on topics and authors for articles. In addition, board members will help select recipients of Bloomberg BNA’s annual author awards.

Mr. Stember concentrates his practice on counseling clients on the tax and related aspects of health and welfare benefits, flexible compensation, fringe benefits, executive compensation, and qualified retirement plans.
