Partnership Effective January 1, 2016

WASHINGTON, DC (January 7)Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the election of Christina Fahmy to its partnership effective January 1, 2016.

Ms. Fahmy focuses her practice on private antitrust litigation, commercial trial work, and antitrust counseling. She has experience litigating complex civil matters, including private antitrust litigation, cases involving antitrust and intellectual property claims, and classic commercial trial work.

Ms. Fahmy also has experience representing companies in connection with government investigations, including compliance with voluntary information requests and Civil Investigative Demands. She has also counseled clients on consumer protection and antitrust and unfair competition issues.

Ms. Fahmy also has extensive experience in e-Discovery work, and has helped clients manage huge collections and reviews for litigations and investigations and develop proactive information management and retention practices to suit their businesses.
