Mr. Coil is resident in the firm’s Atlanta office.  He is one of the firm’s most experienced attorneys concentrating in the representation of management in all phases of employment-related legal matters.  Mr. Coil has advised numerous Fortune 50 and 100 companies on a national basis in preparing and implementing compliant Affirmative Action Plans, and he has successfully led them through scores of difficult, and often aggressive, compliance audits conducted by the Office of Federal Contractor Compliance Programs. 

Mr. Lakatos is resident in the firm's Stockholm office.  He specializes in labor law (including pensions) and dispute resolution. He represents employers in all types of employment law cases and has acted as counsel in many land mark cases in the Swedish Labor Court representing employers in the public and private sector, including employers' associations. 

Mr. Wincek  is resident in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office and is the leader of the Employee Benefits Practice Group of Kilpatrick Townsend. His practice concentrates on qualified plans, fiduciary matters and executive compensation, and it encompasses counseling, transactions and controversies.   Mr. Wincek is the author of the chapter on “SERPs and Excess Plans” in the BNA Books Section 409A Handbook, and his list of professional publications includes dozens of articles on compensation and benefits issues.
