ATLANTA (October 24) -- Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that Partner Todd Meyers has been named one of 40 Masters of the Bench of the W. Homer Drake, Jr. Georgia Bankruptcy American Inn of Court.

A chapter of the American Inns of Court, the W. Homer Drake, Jr. Georgia Bankruptcy Inn of Court was established in 2014 and works to develop and promote professionalism in bankruptcy practice in the state of Georgia through programs focused on ethics, practical skills and civility with an emphasis on mentorship and social and professional interaction. The Inn is comprised of judges, lawyers, legal educators, law students and others and promotes excellence in legal advocacy in accordance with the standards established by the American Inns of Court Foundation.

Mr. Meyers is Chair of Kilpatrick Townsend’s Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring team. He focuses his practice on bankruptcy and insolvency matters and represents committees, trade creditors, indenture trustees, secured lenders, buyers, and debtors in both workouts and bankruptcy proceedings.
