Messrs. Bronstein and Toomey are speaking on the topic,  “Cyber Security Essentials: How to Survive and Thrive.”  The session will focus on the current and developing legislative environment and its effect on the banking industry, including a private sector response discussion segment on EMV chip technology and other security-related topics.

Mr. Bronstein is Team Leader of the Kilpatrick Townsend's Financial Institutions practice. He provides a broad spectrum of strategic advice to financial institution and public company clients. He concentrates on initial public offerings and other specialized public and private capital raising transactions, mergers and acquisitions, proxy contests and a host of other corporate and securities law matters that arise during the life of clients. 

Mr. Toomey focuses his practice on a wide array of corporate, securities, and regulatory matters regularly representing clients on securities matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance, and corporate reorganizations.  He also represents foreign and domestic banking organizations, credit unions, and other financial services clients in regulatory, compliance and enforcement matters.
