NEW YORK (June 24)Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that Matt Ferguson is a featured speaker at the Renewable Energy Finance Forum Wall Street (REFF-Wall Street) on June 25-26 in New York.  Mr. Ferguson also serves as a Conference Co-Chair.

Mr. Ferguson will join other industry experts as he chairs a panel titled “Innovation and Enabling Technologies.”  The panel will discuss where in the supply chain renewable energy investors are expecting to earn their return on investment and where investment capital is being deployed. 

Mr. Ferguson advises clients on the tax aspects of transactions and business activities. He presently concentrates his client service work on finance and governance in energy innovation, infrastructure and the creative sector. His practice includes corporate tax, business governance, corporate finance (including structured finance and securitizations), project finance, mergers and acquisitions and international transactions. He also regularly counsels corporations and their directors on fiduciary duty and corporate governance matters.
