NEW YORK (February 10) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that partners Barry Benjamin and Jon Neiditz will be featured speakers at the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law Symposium, “Franchise Law in the Current Economic and Regulatory Environment.” The symposium will be held on Friday, February 28 at the Wake Forest University School of Law.

Mr. Benjamin will be presenting on the legal aspects of contests and sweepstakes as they pertain to the franchise industry. Mr. Neiditz will be presenting on the topic of critical privacy and information security loss prevention for the franchisor and large franchisee.

Mr. Benjamin is chair of Kilpatrick Townsend’s Advertising, Promotions, and Marketing practice. He focuses his practice on advertising, technology, and privacy law in the areas of advice and counseling, negotiating contracts, regulatory defense, and litigation.
