ATLANTA (September 24) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that partner Todd Meyers and attorney Shane Ramsey will speak at the 25th Anniversary of the Turnaround Management Association Annual Conference. The conference will be held in Washington, D.C. on October 3 - 5.

Mr. Ramsey will moderate, and Mr. Meyers will be a featured panelist on, a panel titled, “The Imperishable Hostess Brands, Inc.” The panel will discuss Hostess Brands, Inc.’s bankruptcy filing in early 2012 and the brands’ return in July 2013, which provides powerful insight into the bankruptcy, restructuring, and turnaround management process.
