NEW YORK (September 17)Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that Partner Stephen Feingold will speak on a panel at the International Trademark Association's (INTA) Branding and Social Media Conference which will be held October 3-4 in Chicago.

Mr. Feingold will join other industry experts as he speaks on a panel titled “Developing and Enforcing Policies Globally for Branding and Social Media (including Privacy and Employment Issues).”  The panel will discuss and examine the new risks and organizational issues surrounding social media in controlling the brand message and compliance with international content clearance and addressing other significant risks in a global marketplace. Panelists include Dana Gilland, Vice President & Assistant General Counsel at Diageo North America, Inc., and Brian Hengesbaugh of Baker & McKenzie.  The panel will be moderated by Paula Krasny of Holmes Weinberg. 

Mr. Feingold focuses his practice on trademark, copyright, advertising and Internet law. Trained as a litigator, Mr. Feingold currently divides his time between litigation and transactional projects advising clients with their most complicated trademark, copyright and Internet issues.
