ATLANTA (September 20)Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that Partner Jon Neiditz will speak at the ITechLaw 2013 European Conference, which will be held October 2-4 in Amsterdam.

The ITechLaw 2013 European Conference, led by many of the world’s leading technology lawyers, includes panels on mobile payment systems, outsourcing and cloud, data protection, IP, regulatory developments, and a look at technology innovations on the horizon. Delegates from over 50 countries will be attending.

“Europe and the United States face extremely difficult issues right now about the appropriate uses of data and information, and nowhere more than in cloud computing,” Mr. Neiditz noted, and the ITechLaw 2013 European conference is one of the world forums in which those issues will be most intelligently and productively addressed.”  Cloud computing is the topic of his panel.

Mr. Neiditz leads the Big Data, Privacy and Information Security practice at Kilpatrick Townsend, a firm that has become one of the leading information law firms in the world.
