STOCKHOLM (October 4) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton recently acted as legal advisor for Catella Real Estate AG KAG, on behalf of the open-ended fund Focus Nordic Cities, in connection with its disposal of the property Malmö Sankt Jörgen 21, also known as Baltzar City, to Wihlborgs.

Baltzar City is a landmark located at the intersection of the pedestrian streets Södergatan and Baltzarsgatan in Malmö. The property's rentable area comprises 11,340 square meters of which 7800 square meters are offices and 3,540 square meters consist of retail and storage areas.
