ATLANTA (August 22) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that partner Joe Scibilia has been selected to serve on the Board of Directors of Action Ministries for a three-year term. Action Ministries leads communities and volunteers in serving their neighbors in need throughout Georgia by providing hunger, housing, and education solutions.
Mr. Scibilia leads Kilpatrick Townsend’s Leveraged Finance practice. He focuses his practice on commercial finance matters and has more than twenty years of experience in complex commercial finance transactions. Mr. Scibilia has extensive experience representing both lenders and borrowers in complex commercial financing transactions. His practice includes the representation of public and private companies, as well as foreign and domestic financial institutions.
