RALEIGH (July 9) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of attorney Charles Feuss to the firm’s high-profile Litigation Department as a member of the Labor & Employment Team. Mr. Feuss joins Kilpatrick Townsend’s Raleigh office as Counsel.

Mr. Feuss brings extensive experience representing a broad spectrum of employers in a range of industries including automotive, aerospace, bakery and food service, construction, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, retail and transportation. He has represented clients in employment litigation in numerous federal and state courts across the country and has practiced before numerous federal and state employment agencies. Mr. Feuss has also appeared before the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development on international employment law issues.
He has dedicated a large portion of his practice to representing both union and non-union employers before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and National Mediation Board. Mr. Feuss has handled numerous representation (election) cases and unfair labor practice cases before the NLRB in over 30 states and has negotiated many collective bargaining agreements and arbitrated numerous labor cases.
Mr. Feuss is a founding member of the Twin Cities Labor Roundtable, and he is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the South Carolina Bar Association. Mr. Feuss is also a Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law by the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is an active speaker to business and legal groups on the topics of labor relations and employment law.
Mr. Feuss has been recognized by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business and he is AV® rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Feuss earned his J.D. from Emory School of Law and his B.A. from Emory University.
