ATLANTA (June 5) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that Managing Partner Diane Prucino was selected to participate in the 2013 Class of Leadership Atlanta. Leadership Atlanta is a prestigious community organization whose members are from Atlanta’s top corporate, professional and public service companies.
Along with serving as Kilpatrick Townsend’s Managing Partner, Ms. Prucino also serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. In her broad-ranging practice, Ms. Prucino assists employers with virtually any issue that relates to the employer-employee relationship, including giving employment law advice and defending employment litigation brought before agencies and in court. She regularly handles reductions in force; investigates harassment and discrimination complaints; conducts other workplace investigations for employers; and offers training on harassment, discrimination, and investigation issues.
