STOCKHOLM (16 May 2012) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton advised RREEF Spezial Invest GmbH, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank, in an acquisition of the real estate property Gothenburg Inom Vallgraven 15:2, also known as Gamla Riksbankshuset. RREEF Spezial Invest GmbH was acting on behalf of its fund RREEF European Core Recovery Fund. The 4 300 sq. m. property is situated on Södra Hamngatan facing Gustav Adolfs Torg and is considered one of the prime assets in Gothenburg’s CBD. The property consists primarily of office space and the largest tenant is Swedbank.
