SAN FRANCISCO (February 15) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today the addition of Michael Tse to the firm’s San Francisco office. Mr. Tse joins the firm as an associate on the Electronics and Software Team in the internationally recognized Intellectual Property Department.
Mr. Tse focuses his practice on patent prosecution in the areas of semiconductor design and processing, telecommunications, software, medical devices, and mechanical devices. He brings over 10 years of industry experience as an engineer designing a variety of integrated circuit devices including flash memories, server microprocessors, optical networking components, and global positioning systems.
Mr. Tse earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science and Materials Science Engineering from the University of California, Berkley.
