(October 18) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that Partners Paul Aguggia and Ed Olifer will be featured speakers at the 2011 South Carolina Bankers’ Association (SCBA) Bank Directors’ and Bank Managers’ College. The program will be held on Tuesday, October 19 – 20 at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
Mr. Aguggia and Mr. Olifer will be speaking at a session called, "The Relationship Between the Board of Directors and Management in Shifting Economic and Regulatory Times." Mr. Aguggia leads the firm’s Banking and Financial Institutions Team and Mr. Olifer is a partner on the team.
