ATLANTA (May 26) –Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that partner Audra Dial will be a featured speaker at the 4th Annual Women Legal Forum 2011, which will be held June 8 at the AMA Executive Conference Center in New York. This informative and interactive program is hosted by Ark Group/Managing Partner and has been designed to connect law firms and their clients to advance the increasingly-important dialogue on gender diversity.
Ms. Dial will present a case study with the Vice President and General Counsel of Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc. (a subsidiary of DuPont) titled “ Initiating the Gender-Diversity Discussion with your Clients or Outside Counsel.” They will illustrate how law firms and their in-house counterparts can foster partnerships that drive mutually beneficial results.
Ms. Dial currently serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors for Special Olympics of Georgia and a member of the Savannah College of Art & Design’s Atlanta Advisory Council. She is the immediate Past President of the Junior League of Atlanta. Ms. Dial has been recognized as a 2011 IMPACT leader by Business Leader Magazine, 2011 POW! Award winner by Womenetics, 2010 "Up and Comer" by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, a Junior League Woman to Watch, and for the past seven years, a Georgia "Rising Star" by SuperLawyers magazine.
She is an experienced litigator on Kilpatrick Townsend’s nationally recognized Patent Litigation Team and on its Technology Litigation Team. Ms. Dial focuses her practice on complex federal court litigation involving trade secrets, patent disputes, restrictive employment covenants and complex business disputes involving intellectual property.
