Kilpatrick Townsend attorneys Ed Olifer and Aaron Kaslow will join in-house counsel from across North Carolina at the CLE program planned specifically by in-house counsel, for in-house counsel. They will speak on Emerging Corporate Governance Issues.

This program features six sessions that provide timely and practical guidance and information on a variety of topics of interest to all in-house counsel.This program features the Annual Corporate Counsel Section Meeting at lunch, one hour of ethics credit, and a social and networking event held during an extended program break.
