The America Invents Act (AIA), enacted last September, brought about the most significant overhaul of the U.S. Patent System in more than half a century. Among the more significant provisions of the AIA are new post-grant proceedings, including the implementation of inter partes review and post-grant review, which will become effective on September 16, 2012.

In this one-hour TeleBriefing, two experienced patent litigators in private practice will be joined by patent litigation counsel from Google to discuss the practical implications of these new changes to post-grant proceedings in the wake of the AIA, offering participants practical and strategic insights about how best to prepare for the post-AIA landscape.
