David Smith will speak at the 25th Annual Sovereignty Symposium on June 12, 2012 in Oklahoma city on the subject of trust reform in Indian Country.  The Sovereignty Symposium is one of the largest annual meetings of Tribal leaders, judges, law school professors and Indian law practitioners.
