Kilpatrick Stockton partners Joel Bush, Brenda Holmes and Michael Pavento will discuss best practices related to protecting your company's software, including issues surrounding IP ownership, trade secrets and open source software.

The Intellectual Property Innovations class is a monthly series of one-hour seminars on cutting edge intellectual property issues and recent IP developments for corporate IP attorneys, business executives and IP consultants. After a brief introduction by our host, a guest expert will deliver a 45-minute presentation that covers topics of interest. The speaker will then entertain questions from listeners.

This series is offered at no charge to participants (and for the lawyers in the audience we will work with you to get the seminar approved for credit pursuant to your state bar's CLE program).

Your input on topics/speakers and suggested changes/improvements in the format are welcome. Just drop an e-mail to Ted Davis at TDavis@KilpatrickStockton.com.
