WINSTON-SALEM (May 10) -- Kilpatrick Stockton announced today that Legal Aid of North Carolina (LANC) recently honored Kilpatrick Stockton attorneys in Winston-Salem for providing extraordinary valuable pro bono service. Alton Absher, a patent associate, was recognized as the Consumer Attorney of the Year for his hard work in assisting a client in obtaining a favorable result from a home warranty. It was noted that Mr. Absher’s legal skills and tenacity helped the client obtain victory. Attorneys Laura Miller, Steve Moore, Michael Morlock and Cynthia Rothschild received recognition for their invaluable assistance and dedication in serving as co-counsel to Legal Aid attorneys.
