Managing Intellectual Property Names Kilpatrick Townsend U.S. Trademark Contentious Firm of the Year

Firm Also Receives Top Regional Recognition

ATLANTA (March 29) – Managing Intellectual Property (Managing IP) recognized Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton as the U.S. Trademark Contentious Firm of the Year at Managing IP’s 2017 North America Awards held in Washington, D.C., on March 23. Kilpatrick Townsend also received regional recognition as the Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year, South.

This is the second consecutive year Kilpatrick Townsend's Trademark & Copyright Team received national recognition from Managing IP. In 2016, the firm was selected as the U.S. Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year.
