Represented Niam in the establishment of Niam Fund IV, an opportunistic fund with investors consisting of international financial investors, including the largest international pension funds. The work was lead by attorneys at the Stockholm office, assisted by attorneys at the firm’s U.S. offices. Once established, we acted for Niam Fund IV when it invested approximately seven billion kronor in a portfolio of 41 properties, situated in Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö, Lund and Uppsala.
