Represented one of the largest community-owned utility in the United States, in a matter involving defectively constructed runways that ultimately were replaced. We worked closely with the Federal Aviation Association on funding procedures, including their application to change orders and contractor claims for differing site conditions. We gained experience in FAA design review procedures, airport planning and design and materials engineering. Case pending.
