Represented Smith & Nephew in several patent litigations in which our client asserted trauma orthopedic related patents against Stryker, which asserted reconstruction related orthopedic patent rights against Smith & Nephew.  After intensive litigation in two courts, the parties settled with a cross licensing arrangement favorable to our client.
