Successfully represented Design Tex Inc. and designer Patty Madden in a copyright infringement action.  The District Court granted summary judgment finding not only copyright infringement, but also finding the corporation and its president jointly and severally liable.  Damages included not only the maximum $150,000 statutory award allowed, but also attorney fees under the Copyright Act.
