The firm served as lead counsel for Constar, an international plastics container manufacturer, in a trade secret/restrictive covenant action against a former operations manager who joined a competing firm. We moved for preliminary injunctive relief and ultimately settled the case on terms favorable to Constar. Constar, Inc. v. Dintaman, No. 04-1009 (S.D. Miss. filed Dec. 21, 2004).
