Successfully represented an aerospace manufacturing company in a civil rights case filed by members of a political party in the U.S. The plaintiffs had infiltrated the defendant's company and the International Association of Machinists by falsifying information claiming prior aircraft manufacturing experience that they did not have. The Defendant discovered the falsifications on the applications. Among other claims, plaintiffs' alleged violation of the common law right of privacy. After a ruling dismissing all of the federal claims, with prejudice, the plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed their pendent, state law claims, also with prejudice, thereby ending the case.
