Deeply committed to serving their community, attorneys in the Winston-Salem office have a wide breadth of experience and offer services in corporate, intellectual property, employment, environmental and litigation law. The strength of our award-winning intellectual property practice positions the firm as a leader in the rapidly growing biotechnology industry, and we continue to stay at the forefront of innovation and the resulting ever-changing laws and regulations.

Winston-Salem is home to the corporate headquarters of some of the largest household names in the country and the finest institutions of higher education. Historically recognized for its furniture, textile and tobacco industries, the city is located in the heart of the Piedmont Triad. The firm has a history as rich and deep as Winston-Salem itself, and our predecessor firm, Petree Stockton, can trace its roots back to 1918.

We continue a long-standing firm tradition of delivering quality client and community service. As the Moravian coffee pot symbolizes the history of the city and the innovation and determination of its founders, the firm represents a strong presence in, and steadfast commitment to, the Winston-Salem community.

Fully Engaged Team

Fully Engaged Team

We are fully committed to making a positive impact in the community where we live and work. For almost a decade, we have supported Cook Elementary with the goal of reinforcing the importance of staying in school, working/studying hard and making good grades and good decisions through a variety of projects, including our inspirational, monthly "Stories of Excellence" luncheon series for Cook's fifth grade students. Last year, our Winston-Salem office received the Forsyth County Award for Outstanding Volunteer Service for its dedication to Cook Elementary.
